Okay, I would search for this, but my search doesn't work (if someone could fix this)

My PS2 Mouse and keyboard do not work. I downloaded the ApplePS2Controller.kext, but how do I

a. Get this into my mac operating system and

b. Boot the kext

I have tried using transmac to put it into the correct folder on my drive, but after that, my computer doesn't recognize either my xp or mac operating system so I am assuming it screws up the boot file in mac, and I have to reinstall it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably not the answer you want to hear, but...

You should read the Wiki. As this is a very critical (some will say basic, even) aspect of OSx86, this is thoroughly documented and easy to find.

Okay, thanks for the reply but I got that working.

The keyboard is the only part that works thought that should have been updated. The mouse doesn't work. Anyone know what could cause this? See my sig for specs. Also, the registration keeps repeating. It gets to the part where it asks me to transfer my settings, and it just goes back to the start.

Please help. I really wanna get this working

Update: I can only boot in safe mode. Also, When I enable usb functionality (It was disabled because that's the only way I can get it to work with the ps2 mouse and keyboard on the install) I do not get the missing keyboard message at the welcome screen, but, the keyboard does not work.
