Hey guys,

I've been looking at motherboards lately and just can't decide on one, I've looked through the forums here a lot too.

I've been looking at the ASUS P5K-E/Wifi mobo, and other Gigabyte mobos.... but I can't decide. :D

I'm looking for a board that will install Leopard (10.5.2) the easiest, OC's relatively well (E6600) and is under $150'ish.

Post your suggestion and/or experience with the board.

Thanks!

GA-P35-DS4

I have it and my Q6600 runs daily at 3.6ghz [2.4 stock], ram at 1111mhz [800 stock],

Brilliant board, and has better cooling compared to the DS3's mentioned above. [cooler = better overclocking]

Hey guys thanks for all the replies.

Scott, is it the GA-P35-DS4 Rev. 1.0? or GA-P35-DS4 Rev. 2.0?

Linkie to Rev. 2.0 board:

Will both the Rev's work with OSX?

Does it make any difference which one I buy?

Abit IP35-E, low as $60 after rebate (I think mine ended up to be $70).

Got my E2140 up to 3.3GHz stable--though I think it was heat not allowing more speed. Everything working except 2 SATA ports due to it using ICR9 (possible to fix though). For a little more the IP35 (no -E) adds ICR9R and Firewire.
