Uncle_Ho Posted February 13, 2008 Share Posted February 13, 2008 With the kalyway 10.5.1 dvd .. it was perfect on my hackintosh .. efi+mbr+vanilla now after upgrading with kalyway combo + kalyway kernel package ..cannot wake up from sleep anymore .. so disappointed !!! which kext is responsible for this ? or is it the vanilla kernel anyone else using p5wdh and can sleep/wake please let me know how you did it. ... Uncle_Ho Posted February 13, 2008 Author Share Posted February 13, 2008 u mean u updated from .5.1 to .5.2 the netkas way ? did u replace any kext in .5.2 with .5.1 like for example ACPI and SMBios ..the last time i did the netkas way my keyboard /mouse wasnt working ... let me know how u did it .. i would really appreciate it .. cheers.. BUT BUT BUT ... anyone with P5WDH .. could you try this out ... after waking from sleep and try shutting down the machine ... only my screen would go off and nothing else ... strrange !!1 if i wake from sleep and restart the machine .. thats fine .. but dont shut down !! anyone with this problem too ????
