MeAngry
I've updated my production installation of Kalyway 10.5.1 this evening and everything went great using Netkas' way. I was already using the GFX-string for my GFX, audio and ethernet, so all I had to backup and overwrite afterwards was AppleSMBIOS.kext and AppleHDA.kext. Works great! Bob Ajob
I had kernel panic mentioning ACPI using Netkas method but the 10.5.2 Kalyway combo update from TPB worked fine for me on Kalyway 10.5.1, GUID, Vanilla, Asus P5W DH Deluxe, Core2Duo 6600 and using .pkg drivers for ATI Radeon 2900 Pro 512mb. Graphics update even worked which was an unexpected surprise ...
Snakehn
I found a Kalyway 10.5.2 update on brokenstones or whatever, installed it on a Non-EFI 10.5.0 and after restart, it took a long time to boot and i thought it messed up my install, surprisely booted to the desktop and everything seems to be working. So yeah, i'm using 10.5.2 Non-EFI
