Wayfarer247 Posted February 9, 2008 Share Posted February 9, 2008 if that doesn't work, you can try a few different things. I got that error, and some people said to delete the "AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext" file and it will work. However, I did this and it failed to work, so I don't know if it will work for you. What happened is once I deleted the .kext I got a new error, the dreaded "Still waiting for Root device" error, and to fix that... I had to change my BIOS settings from (Raid on to Autodecect/ata device).
