I got my Mac OS to boot (thanks to those who took the time to try and help me, turned out to be a hard drive issue), but I'm having a keyboard/mouse issue. I'm not using a USB keyboard or mouse and Mac OS refuses to acknowledge my standard ones. I don't know if it's a limitation of the OS (since Macs are all USB now) or if there's a way to get around it and use my standard peripherals. If anyone could kindly point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated. :D

To cover my bases on what I have tried...

the ps/2 support .kext is in place.

My BIOS does not have the option to disable USB keyboards (Unless I'm blind..)

My BIOS does have an option to enable ps/2 mice, which is currently Enabled. (It was initially set to AUTO, switched it thinking it might work then..)

I'm also not getting sound. Should I try recopying those two kexts from the CD (after I make a cd...)?

I think it's been mentioned here and win2osx a few times, although because I don't use PS/2 devices I didn't take much interest in it. Try searching around a bit. Oh, and when you ask this kind of question it's a good idea to post what version/build/patch of OS X you're running.
