nylock10 Posted January 25, 2008 Share Posted January 25, 2008 I haven't really been staying current with the news about EFI & OSx86, all I know is that someone somehow has emulated EFI on PC's so no more kernel hacking is required. mtotho Posted January 25, 2008 Share Posted January 25, 2008 My computer is a Gigabyte P35 DS3L. I used the Kalyway 10.5.1 Distribution of Leopard... And I have the Apple's Stock Vanilla Kernel and I am using EFI Emulation. I am able to do all updates and everything works 100 percent. It is more compatible with more closer hardware u have to apple stuff. I myself have an intel P35 and ICH9 Chipsets. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
