Deviant0ne Posted January 25, 2008 Share Posted January 25, 2008 Like many in the hackint0sh community, I am using a buggy GMA950 on my hackint0sh. I was simply wondering if anyone has heard any news of the graphic artifacts being fixed in 10.5.2? I know 10.5.2 is supposed to address certain "improved graphics drivers", but do you think the GMA950 crowd will be incorporated into that fix? If 10.5.2 proves to be a flop for GMA950 users, has anyone tried using Tiger kexts in Leo to eliminate GMA950 artifacts? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

bamboontu Posted January 25, 2008 Share Posted January 25, 2008 On Kalyway 10.5.1 with GMA950 I had black squares, multiple cursors, etc issues. Then after reading some info from this forum I've decided to replace GMA950*.kext's with ones from 10.5.1Update and install Natit.kext afterwards. So after reboot display was totally screwed (256 colors...). I deleted Natit and installed 10.5.1Update again and... no issues. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
