I assume this is because you're mixing your windows partitions with the osx partition. This will also give you some headaches when you try to install the boot loader for multiple OSs later. I would recommend you get yourself a second hard drive and install OSX there by itself. That way you can use your BIOS boot manager and don't risk ruining your other system.

if you can install OSX86 on a seperate HD, you can use your bios to boot to different HD. Then you keep your OSX and Windows seperated at the bios boot level. no need to worry about boot managers and such.

try deleting the partition under windows with partition magic or sth similar then create a partition with diskpart.

BTW, your screenshots show a jas 10.4.8. DVD, so you're obviously in the wrong forum
