rschultz101 Posted January 23, 2008 Share Posted January 23, 2008 me too, think it' possible, still have only a 4gb sd card, that's too small, 8gb should do, but going over usb be slow too. usb hard disk be easier I think, but that's another disk and slow, also thinking, without disk, be litle quieter, still no fan control, 1- disable virtual memory, swap, 2- put user directory onto, flash drive, 3- pmset -a sleepdisk , so now all the caching from safari or camino should be on flash drive, have not tried it yet, but worth a shot.
