boot in safe mode, and go to /system/library/extensions/geforce.kext. right click and click "show package contents" and drag info.plist to your desktop. open it in text edit and find the device/vendor id and add your device id.

example: before: 0x000010de & 0x0000ffff

after(this is what mine looks like): 0x029210de & 0xffffffff

no matter what, add those four f's. bingo, it should now work.

Bump for help? Here is a summary

I cannot boot into single user mode (-s) cause when it gets to the point where i type it stops working and freezes as well.

Please help me get leopard running so i can use it.
