elpelas
Hello I am tired of test versions of leopard. The only work on my laptop which is the version of kalyway 10.5.1 and need the patch ss2 and start with cpus = 1, without using the patch leaves using IO etc. .. I also use the vanilla kernel in both cases it's the same need that patch, but I want the two cores to go further fast.any solution? My specifications are my signature and this software: Kalyway 10.5.1 Vanilla + kernel ACPI patch Patch ss2 Bootefi_mrb PS: thanks
S.SubZero
This is a very old problem, posts about it go back on here well over a year. There is no straight fix for it. What some people are able to do, if Sleep works, is boot with both cores, then force the PC to sleep. When they wake it up, it seems to reinitialize the cores and smooth things out. Of course this requires working Sleep, which many laptop OS X users don't have anyway. It also requires the laptop to even properly boot with both cores, which mine can't do. With both cores enabled it just blows up during the boot process.
Snerler
How are you using sse2 patch and the vanilla kernel together? Thats seems contradicting to me.
