Luzbel
I think with Disk Utility you can burn CD images and so, but for my own compilations I'll need a CD/DVD burner, I've found some, but none of them was free (meaning GPL/BSD/any-other-free-license licensed). Could you please help me? I don't mind if it runs from command line

Kevlar
Yep Xroast is the way to go. I've used it on a G5 and it seems to work ok, but haven't tried it on x86 yet. romey-rome
You can just make a burn folder, drop your files into it, & just hit the burn button that will be there in finder. Or just use LiquidCD. Nice, simple, universal, gets the job done.
