spanakorizo Posted December 22, 2007 Share Posted December 22, 2007 10.5.1 kalyway ps2 keyboard don't work! maybe it would work with an adapter to usb but now i don't have either a usb keyboard ...so what can i do for now? i need to test the 8800gt kexts badly but i can't fix permissions cause no keyboard!! could i fix permissions without keyboard?? (from diskutil i think it's not only this) the P5K premium has only 1 ps2 port (somebody said connect another mouse in ps2 port will solve problem) even in single user mode there is no keyboard cause there was a solution like this: kextunload /System/Library/Extensions/ApplePS2Controller.kext/Contents/PlugIns/ApplePS2Keyboard.kext kextload /System/Library/Extensions/ApplePS2Controller.kext/Contents/PlugIns/ApplePS2Keyboard.kext but i can't write even in single user! anything to try for now...? PS2 work all the way. why should i install vanilla kernel and acpi_fix anyway? better performance?
