Well I can look for a fix for you, but seriously, it's really not going to be pretty if you get it right.

 

Just buy some ram, it's sooo cheap, just for a 256mb, 512 or 1gig stick. It's super easy to upgrade your iMac too, and you won't be sorry.

You can easily lower down the minimum RAM required but the performance isn't going to be good.

 

EDIT: Look at the note in the article:

 

One major thing worthy of note. Do not try and run the installer on a machine with 256MB or less of RAM, in fact, you probably want at least 384MB RAM. I did try 256MB and found the installer simply would not complete, and this was on a machine whose processor was within the the range specified by Apple.

 

Well there ya go...You NEED more RAM and even though you can bypass the RAM check the installer won't complete.
