hecker
Yes, download (look for it in the bay of pirates) and install tubgirl's 10.4.10 release. It's a release that works very well on AMD machines and it's also what I use. I haven't updated it to version 10.4.11 yet but I'm sure that should work as well. PM me if you need any help. Cheers, hecker Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/77194-10410-on-amd-athlon-xp/#findComment-545639 Share on other sites
riws
Only on the last Athlon XP-M,Dublin Core, its based on K8 and has SSE2. All other Athlon XP´s only support SSE, so game over for them Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/77194-10410-on-amd-athlon-xp/#findComment-545652 Share on other sites

Korrupted
what do you mean with native install? does this meanit is possible? Native install means you just boot into it. If you don't have SSE2 or higher, you can't run OSX without VMWare in Windows, which is slow and not real usable. Time to upgrade that fossil of a PC Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/77194-10410-on-amd-athlon-xp/#findComment-545928 Share on other sites
