foodfightr
How much memory does Leopard support? Is there a certain motherboard that works best for OSx86? Berzerker
8 or 16GB. I'm pretty sure that it's the latter. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/74386-osx-leopard-2-important-questions/#findComment-525634 Share on other sites
Foodie Monster
About the motherboard, people are saying that the Bad Axe 2 works almost perfectly, and there's a couple of Gigabyte ones that are pretty good too. Brywalker
The only issues with my setup are flaking shutdown/restart and sleep. I think it has to do with the Generic AHCI (null) detection instead of seeing the ICH9R (good luck getting help on this one). 8GB here which is the max the board can take, but Mac Pro's can take 16GB.
