skyliner34
Hi, I have 2 Archos PVR's and when I plug them into OSX they dont show up as HDD. The Archos says on the display USB cable connected. I have used them in OSX86 before. Have definately used them in 10.4.1. But I dont remember if i've used them in 8F1111. I this a 8F1111 problem? How do I get them to work? skyliner34
Found out, that I couldnt get any USB HDD to work. But i've fixed the problem by changing something to do with USB to disable in the BIOS. sigxcpu
please define "something to do with USB". this way, you can help others, as you've got a lot of information on this forum from others, too. skyliner34
Hi, It was 'Legacy USB Support', I had 3 options, 'Enable' 'Auto' & 'Disable'. The HDD only worked on the 'Disable' option. But please note, if you dual boot and you have a USB keyboard, you wont be able to select which os to boot into when this option is 'Disabled'. But all you need to do is to use a PS2 keyboard for the boot.
