onizuka
It's SDRAM PC133, in so-dimm format. Some brands won't work, Dane-elec or Kingston are recommanded.
Celticmoon
Stay away from Centon. Their site claims that their 512 meg modules are compatible when they're not. Had email exchanges with their tech support who claimed that it was an error on the site and it would be fixed, but it is now six months later and it is still listed as compatible. (512MBLT133) I have not found any of their memory to be compatible with any of my Apple machines.
