macdan
I patched the original leopard 9A581 dmg file with the BrazilMac-9a581-Patch. Then I burned the Leo_pached.Iso with disk Utility. I can boot from the DVD, but when the installer tries to install I get this message. Is mine pc not supported for Leopard? At the moment I run 10.4.8 on mine pc. Any suggestions? jlowe64
I get that exact problem from an unpatched DVD. :-/ I'm able to get up to the install, but then it pulls this error.

seamus
You are trying to install everything, you need to customize the install and remove languages and print drivers and such, take it down to the minimum needed.

macdan
I found what the problem was. When you get the first screen, you have to choose English as install language. If you choose an other language you get the failed screen. Then uncheck everything in customize.
