eoren1
I'm building a new HTPC/NAS which I plan to boot with LinuxMCE and Mac OS X Leopard (and maybe Win XP). My current plan is: GIGABYTE GA-73UM-S2H LGA 775 NVIDIA GeForce 7150 HDMI Micro ATX Intel Motherboard (GeForce 7150/nForce 630i chipsets) Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2140 (1.6GHz 65W 1MB L2) 2 gigs DDR2-533 Ram 2 SATA HDDs (320+500) Antec NSK2480 case with 380W PSU. PVR-150 TV card. Will this play nice with the Leopard x86 builds? Also, can I put both on the 320gb drive in separate partitions? Does each need a different format for the drive? Thanks a lot. lemmy01
Anybody have got it installed on this board ? I think the integrated graphic could be a problem. Here are some info about the integrated GPU: 00:10.0 VGA compatible controller [Class 0300]: nVidia Corporation Unknown device [10de:07e0] (rev a2) (prog-if 00 [VGA]) Subsystem: Giga-byte Technology Unknown device [1458:d000] Flags: bus master, 66MHz, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 22 Memory at e2000000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) Memory at d0000000 (64-bit, prefetchable) Memory at e3000000 (64-bit, non-prefetchable) Capabilities: [48] Power Management version 2 Capabilities: [50] Message Signalled Interrupts: Mask- 64bit+ Queue=0/0 Enable- So 10de is the vendor (nvidia) and 7e0 is the device id. Could not try it jet because of killed my OSX partition with some KQEMU patching experiments Hi Lemmy01, Any progress with this Chipset. I wondering if a Leopard Install is possible with Geforce 7050/7100/7150 630i chipset because ECS have a very cheap motherboard with tis chpset the: "GF7100PVT-M3" and I want to build my new hackintosh over a modern but cheap motherboard.
