airhon
ok it works. it works flawless, i have tried it a lot. the stability is great. i can use sooooo many traks and effect ant the computer still react fast. i used alot of soft instruments, loop, heavy twiked effects, and is incredible. i have never seen nothing of similar in mac. only 1 feature seems dont work. i cannot acces to the preference menu is a common bug? Templeton Peck
Just to let you guys know, Installing QuickTime fixes Garage Band but it breaks UT04 and Halo. I'm going to try reinstalling the old version using Pacifist. EDIT: Nevermind, it works now. I don't know what the problem was. EDIT#2: I was right the first time. It worked briefly, but now does not. dkelley
The same here. I can't create podcasts neither. What about you? IS this a common problem? I haven't tried garageband 3 yet (it's installed though) because I've also heard it can reverse the in and out soundcard jacks (your input jack becomes speaker jack and vice versa) with a slight downgrade in audio quality as a result. If these are all common problems then I hope Apple releases a bugfix update for garageband 3 fast! I think that you being unable to "create podcasts neither" (either...) is not always the case since I've read comments where podcasts worked great. Unless that was on an Imac core duo... never know. Templeton Peck
These "bugs" are due to the beta OS, not Garage Band. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/7016-garage-band-6-quicktime-error/#findComment-45010 Share on other sites
