spockers
I read on another forum that you need the IOATAFamily.kext from Tiger, the Leo one doesn't recognize the VMware virtual IDE devices. I'm trying this using my native install through VMware (use physical drive) rather than replacing the kext on the dvd and installing in VMware. I've made some progress; Leo recognizes the VMware IDE device, but it hangs at some point. I think I'll try replacing the kext on the dvd next.
