schut
Has anyone been able to get a replaced AppleSMBIOS.kext to work under leopard and get CS3 apps to work? I tried and ended up with a kernel panic on startup.
errandwolfe
After upgrading to Leo I noticed my CS3 apps were not starting. Found a new krack on the Green Demon that was supposedly just for Leo. Ran it, it patched my CS3 apps, and I was up and running. I would suggest you ask the Demon if he has anything CS3 and Leopard. newelement
schut, I'm in the same boat. I've tried a few different SMBIOS files with no luck.
Muaitai
According to Adobe CS3 will not be fully compatible with Leopard until Jan 2008. http://www.adobe.com/support/products/pdfs...pardsupport.pdf
TylerD004
THAT is really wierd because I downloaded the AppleSMBIOS.kext and replaced it with Leopard's and now CS3 runs flawlessly. BTW, what is a kernal panic?
neikous
Try CS2 if you have it, working alright for me. Maybe that could hold you over until CS3 is supported?

newelement
I've tried a few different SMBIOS files. The only one that kinda works is the one that's in a ToH zip file somewhere. When I use that kext, none of the interface icons show up in Dreamweaver. All the buttons like refresh, upload, sync and toolbar icons, none of them show up. Any ideas?? krowten
Adobe CS3 Design Premium for me work with netkas's AppleSMBIOS.kext
netwalker99
I found that the LEO post patch used an old AppleSMBIOS.kext, this kext does not allow the CS3 to start up, receive the message "application ... unexpectedly quit". Not even get to the activation screen. Netkas has released a fix. And the link to d/l http://netkas.freeflux.net/blog/archive/2007/07/ Applied the Netkas package, tested the Mast.Collection.3 on leopard and everything seems to work fine.
