Here is what I have set up.

I have TimeMachine configured to operate locally on my Macbook Pro by having two partitions... One 200 GB, one 38 GB.

When I am home, I have my Airport Disk and an rsync script that is set to run whenever I am connected to my home network.

This backs up my Time Machine partition to my Airport, giving me both the redundancy of an external backup as well as timely backups taken at regular intervals.

That is not to say that I would not be much happier if ZFS were implemented so that ALL snapshots are kept at all times. Then I could still use my rsync script to keep the redundancy.

Still, can't wait for WWDC08.
