If you just plan on running 10.4.3 and potentially not any newer builds, just any notebook based on a Pentium-M 2.0GHz or so and has Intel 945G graphics no it will be quite fast (don't know one off-hand, but others do I'm sure).

I'm with a big doubt, i no know if i buy a new nootebook for install the OS X system or if i buy of a time the new notebook of the apple (macBook Pro), but my friends are saying for me than they not did buy the first model of a new line, therefore is a big risk.

The than you they find? Is a risk?

If you're planning to buy a system to run MacOS, then clearly it should be a Mac.

Bear in mind that just about any generic PC notebook you buy will be the "first model of a new line" as well, since most generic notebook vendors don't update their designs, just replace them with new ones.
