~T.E.K.B.O.I.~
I'm waiting on my copy of Logic Studio to arrive any day now. But My G4 processor is Garbage. Its only a dual 1ghz. I have 2gb of memory though. Do you think I will have any problems? the recommended specs say it needs 1.25 @ least. Doesn't seem too far off. Synaesthesia
The dual G4 isn't too bad. Hopefully Logic will allow you to install it, otherwise you must look for a way to bypass it. Obviously it's not the fastest CPU ever, but it should work.
~T.E.K.B.O.I.~
Yea, eventually I will get a cpu upgrade for this thing. 1ghz is just rediculously slow. Even reason is slowing down on me :censored2: Maybe that extra gig of ram I have comming in will help. Right now i'm only running 512mb. I'll be up to 2gigs as soon as the ram arrives
macprodan
Then thats why it is running slow, The 1 Ghz is not a Garbage processor. What are you smoking.
Cheese N' Pancakes
mac os 10 needs 1gb of ram for 10.4 not really but it really uses that much
nagal
I doubt it will run very well at all. Its not just the processor speed but lack of memory.
R2k.
none of "studios" would run well on 1 ghz. because you must to run a lot of vsts and plug-ins ... ~R
