Gusnyc
Hi, I connected an external hard drive to my airport express, and using the trick described in another post, I made Time Machine to recognize the drive as the backup. The problem I am having is that when I click on the Time Machine icon, a message pops saying "A storage location for Time Machin backups isn't set up.". I press the icon Setup Back Up and I see the preference pane, with all the information about my Time Machine, and I see that the latest backup was done (which means it is working). I see the drive already setup. What is going on? Why i can't use time machine in the way it is intended to be? Thanks! hazkid
I have that problem too, but my TM is set to backup to a Lacie 1TB NAS. This is why Apple should be releasing builds more frequently.
