Numberzz
So, you upgraded your hacked, or unlocked, iPhone and now it is bricked. What are you going to do? Now, thanks to TUAW and 9to5Mac, you can downgrade your iPhone from 1.1.1 to 1.0.2. This downgrade is not very complicated, and, chances are, that if you were able to unlock it, you should be able to downgrade it. The downgrade process requires finding a few files on the internet, and adding them to one of the iPhone's folders. Once you've done that, simply type in some commands in Terminal and you are done! You have now downgraded your iPhone and it is now usable. On a side note, the person who wrote this article said that TUAW's Erica Sadun is single handedly turning TUAW from a pompom flailing Apple Fanboy site into a L33T hacker underworld. 9to5Mac's Article TUAW's Full Guide Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/65005-downgrade-your-iphone/ Share on other sites
