Boot OS X in verbose mode and record your errors down.

Never mind, I found out the solution. (DO THIS ONLY IF YOU ARE NOT DUAL BOOTING ON THE SAME HARD DRIVE)

Boot into installer DVD and go into Disk Utility

Choose the hard drive you installed OS X from the left

Click Partition tab

Click the Options button

Choose Master Boot Record

Click OK and Partition the drive again (Click partition)

Reinstall OS X and reboot!

Oh, I forgot you are using JaS. The options button is only in Uphuck. I suggest grabbing Uphuck 1.4iR3 and then using that for the formatting and partitioning part (with the options button). Then install JaS as normal.

This thing (starting with an blinking cursor ) is mostly seen, when something is wrong

with the darwin bootloader. OS X will be "there", but it is simple not booted.

Also , in this case, most people will have surprise, if they boot with OS X boot CD in.

Then it boots from your OS X volume, but that didnt help really.

There is somewhere here an Guide "How to install Darwin bootloader" , without doing whole install again.
