It's Apple's headquarters, where most of their non-retail employees work in Cupertino, CA. It serves no real purpose, besides serving as a place for all the hip young teenagers of silicon valley to hang out, listen to their iPods, do drugs, and type up blog entries on their MacBooks. Microsoft's Redmond Campus (HQ), looks like and has a University Campus feel based on my friends experiences being there, its very nice too they say with up to 30 lunch cafeterias.
