You can use VMware Server for Windows to install OS X on it, and with a bit of modification, you can configure networking and internet on it, if thats what you want.

Download VMware Server:

Oh, for that you can use VMware Fusion, Parallels Desktop, or CrossOver (Parallels and VMware are the BEST)

Parallels Desktop

VMware Fusion

CrossOver

Thanks, I currently have Parallels installed but it doesn't seem to communicate with OSX. I tried to remote connect to the IP that is found under IPconfig and it doesn't show up. typing the IP address in OSX doesn't find the Apache server that is set up on my Parallels Windows XP.

Any ideas?
