_DarkCommon_
Well, I installed 3 months ago Macintosh OSX, then I changed the harddisk of Mac (40GB) to a bigger 160GB Seagate. Then, I changed too the graphics card to a PowerColor Radeon X1650PRO 512MB GDDR2 , but when I install OSX86 from the "JaS's 10.4.8 DVD Release PPF1+PPF2 AMD" (downloaded by The Bay of Pirates (well, a torrent finder site)). But when I select to install the included driver, called something about "10.4.8.ATI.Radeonx1x00.agp.support", and I install into the hard disk drive, when I run, it kernel panics. ~pcwiz
You have to install the 10.4.8.ATI.Radeonx1x00.agp.support along with the main ATI.RadeonX1x00 (I'm not sure thats what its called) together. ~pcwiz
Natit and the other driver will conflict. I'm not sure about this, but if you can boot to OS X, navigate to System/Library/Extensions and delete extensions that begin with Natit. _DarkCommon_
It was too hard to access to the Mac harddisk, so I'm downloading a new iso. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/64092-why-kernel-panic/#findComment-766409 Share on other sites
