john_st
I was wondering if one could use Front Row and the IR remote that comes with macbooks or iMacs on a hackintosh. What should one need to install to make this work. Thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/63115-can-you-use-front-row-on-your-hackintosh/ Share on other sites
GingerPrince
front row works fine here. I use the keyboard though, not the remote as I don't have one. Danyel
Hi John: I'm using Griffin AirClick USB that I bought from CompUSA for around $30 with my MSI mPC 915 (Myzar 10.4.6). The remote works flawless with Front Row. I had to download Universal Driver from Griffin's website. As a bonus, the remote will also work with Windows.
