dsc106
How do I properly uninstall an application that is more than a simple .app package, such as a much app (Adobe, FCP, or anything that had to be installed with an installer)? I switched to MAC a few months ago but am stilling learning the ropes. In Windows, you either use an included Uninstaller or go to add/remove programs. I know some programs install stuff in other places throughout the system, but I don't see a way of uninstalling them? How does this usually work on a MAC? hecker
Most programs are installed by just being copied into a folder but there are a few exceptions, like photoshop and office. There is usually a de-installation manual for those programs included in the installation media. Cheers, hecker Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/62911-proper-uninstallations/#findComment-445471 Share on other sites
