thecheeks
ok so ive spent the past 4 hours looking for mac patches to wow to bring my version up to 2.0.8 or even 1.12.1. my friend just set up a private server today and it was a pack that came with all the windows updates, but i cant seem to find mac specific patches anywhere :/ anyone got the patches to take me up to either version? apparently if youve played the game long enough all the patches are still stored on your computer in the WoW folder, itd be greatly appreciated. sarahbau
If you're trying to get to exactly 2.0.8, it's pretty much impossible. 2.0.8 was a minor update, and 2.0.9 came out like 4 days later. I remember giving up on 2.0.8 after like 5 hours of trying to find it. I'm assuming your friend has a repack of Mangos. Versions newer than 2.0.8 should still connect to it.
