karurosu Posted August 22, 2007 Share Posted August 22, 2007 Its quite easy: 1.-Open automator 2.-Go to Finder Actions 3.-Add a "Get Specified Items" action 4.-Add your DMG to the list 5.-Drag a "Mount Disk Image" Action below the first one 6.-Drag a "Launch Application" Action, open the list and choose other, locate the Frozen Throne app. 7.-Save it somewhere or add is at a plugin to finder (so you can right click and choose the action) The workflow should look like the attachment (with the dmg on the list) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/60898-dot-a/#findComment-433056 Share on other sites More sharing options...

rathalos Posted August 23, 2007 Share Posted August 23, 2007 with regards to that problem, u muz be using 10.4.9... cos when u r using 10.4.9 the way dmgs are mounted is such that verification is required to prevent malicious execution through dmg.. (security loophole)... anyway, the DMG is perfectly fine, cos i mount it all the time to play wc3.. no harm manually mounting it.. rathalos Posted August 24, 2007 Share Posted August 24, 2007 for that kernel of 10.4.9, u need the system kext for 10.4.9's kernel... so u cant change the system kext to any other version other than that of the 10.4.9 kernel's... and there's no workaround for this.. its apple's way of beefing up security.. rathalos Posted September 5, 2007 Share Posted September 5, 2007 same issue with updating to 1.21... the sound output seems to have changed... i only hear normal sounds now.. no more custom in game sounds can be heard anymore... i think it was due to the shift from ppc architecture to universal... some loss happened somewhere...
