errandwolfe
Do you have other wireless devices connecting to this router? If not, the first thing I would do is power cycle your router. Sometimes (especially cheaper ones) stop broadcasting their SSID, which could easily cause you not to see it. bluedragon1971
You know, I just LOVE IT when people come here asking for help with odd problems like this but give absolutely no information about what hardware they have. It makes it SOOOOOOO easy to help them. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/60375-networking-airport/#findComment-429101 Share on other sites

kizwan
PS: my wireless is broadcom brcm94318MPG and its a labtop acer aspire 5050 with amd turion 64 x2 proseceser (it can run 64 systems as well as 32 systems!) Did you try this instruction? (for broadcom):- http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=23684 You said your wireless is correctly detected but cannot connect to any AP, right? Maybe you forgot to swap the en0 with en1 for that device. Follow above guideline carefully. Good luck.
