slowdiver
anyone got his dvd-writer to work? i mean: had burned something with it? most of the programs like iDVD didnt work here: telling that the right hardware is not there (called 'Superdrive'...). and we stupid bastards do not have an 'superdrive' but an xyz entry there. anyone who could patch this or has any ideas to get around this? modding the driver name etc.? and: there is no dvd-player packaged on the dvd (from which i installed). you could update with the apple dvd-player update, then an error cause of the dvd-hardware (same in super dvd copy 4.1... try to *really burn*...) occurs. johnny_utah
I have a dell 700m and successfully burned a dvd using Toast Titanium edition. I have the NEC ND-6500A dual layer dvd burner. It even recognized it was a dual layer burner. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/600-dvd-players-and-writers/#findComment-5800 Share on other sites
