alvin777
Hi. I'm cleaning my vintage Macs, possibly to display them as art or to be sold for collectors or those reviving theirs. I'd like to ask where can you buy a good plastic cleaner for vintage and newer macs (or most plastics for that matter) and how much/what brand? I'd also like to clean its insides. Where can I buy a good electronics (and what brand) parts cleaner that dissolves dust and grime completely dry? I usually buy from Ace and True Value hardwares. Thanks. Gray_Matter
I hate to say this but try GOO-Gone to get the lables and glue off and Clorox Spray cleaner with bleach to get smoke damaged (from people smoking not fire) stuff white again. I have also used the spray on plastic cleaner I get at the hobbie shop for my R/C car. these are not computer or plastic only cleaners but I have been refirbishing computers for about nine years now and these are the things I use the most.
