aj4017 Posted July 16, 2007 Share Posted July 16, 2007 Hi, I've installed mac OS X 10.4.1 on a P4 2.4 GHz ,915G, 512MB, 2x80GB HD. Everything... Hardware: Audio, video, USB ADSL MODEM, etc...... Software: iTunes, Safari, Yahoo messenger(installed) etc.. works... But i have a big probem that i cannot install anything (Exception: Yahoo Messenger), i tried many programs... most fail to start. They come and go (in the dock). what should i do? I have heard(google) about some "maxxuss exec" patch which will help this... But i coundn't find it anyehere. if this is the problem then help me find it... or if it is some other problem.. please help me. Thanks. "ancient hardware" is 512MB ram enough for smooth running...
