fractured cell
hi people, I am a previous " :censored2: " windows user, and I am tired of all the applications etc... I could go on for hours, but there is no point, you all know what I am talking about anyway. So I am wondering whether to go for: 1> a mid range macbook with; 2.16 GHz intel CPU 2 gig RAM 200 gig ATA HD mini DVI to DVI adaptor iWork '06 total: £1,109.33 OR 2>a low end macbook pro with; 2.2 GHz intel CPU 2 gig RAM 200 gig ATA HD iWork '06 total: £1,346.55 {difference of £232.22 for 2 inches of scren!!! } thanks...oh, and 'heh...' Paranoid Marvin
The £200 extra is not just for a bigger screen. You also get a much better GPU - one that would be suitable for gaming and a much nicer case (the aluminium feels so much better than plastic). Also, the keyboard lights up - wow factor: 110% The Macbook Pro wins hands down Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/56831-to-buy-or-not-to-buy/#findComment-406198 Share on other sites
