eraver Posted June 27, 2007 Share Posted June 27, 2007 Hi, I just installed 10.4.8 on my PC with Callisto (006) drivers and everything seems to be working fine except for the high pitch chirping sound my PC makes when I drag a window across the screen or move my cursor over links/buttons. Mac Boy Posted June 27, 2007 Share Posted June 27, 2007 I think it could be your video card. Do you have an ATI? The same happens for me (XP not OSX) when I rotate a very high-poly scene in Blender. I think it's started happening after I enabled QE/CI for my video card (ATI). It's definitely not due to audio - I don't have any audio installed at the moment. Thanks! P.S. When I had a G5 I think it was making the same sound.
