Dell XPS M1210

This may be naive or just plain short sighted, but i was wondering if this is a MacBook in disguise:

"With Santa Rosa, the updated XPS M1210 will get faster 800MHz FSB,

802.11n WiFi and Intel's Mobile 965 Express chipset. Dell doesn't stop at that! No way! The Texas giant is giving some serious updates to the portable XPS notebook by including a nVidia GeForce 8400M DirectX 10 graphics card, LED backlight screen and the oh-so-cool slot-loading DVD drive!

The updated XPS M1210 is expected as soon as June 26. "

Everything in bold is found on the MacBook Pro. And there's the 4gb memory capacity thing, cuz there using the same chipset I'd guess. This only interests me because the Dell will surely be cheaper than a MacBook Pro, and it looks like the hardware is the same aside from the graphics card (8600m in MBP and 8400m in XPS). This seems like you could install OS X with little or no modification or fabricated drivers.

What do you all think?

Do you have a link to this? I can't find it anywhere on Dell's page (they list an older model).

I'm thinking it's not quite out yet.

I maybe wrong about the model #, I think that more accurately it's replacing the m1210.

I've been searching for "dell santa rosa" primarily.

New models are not out yet. Some of Santa Rosa models will be out later this month, M1330 will be out in July.

M1330 is getting some serious overhaul in form and functional design. HDMI output, easy access to fan, fingerprint reader, 8400M in 13" are really amazing.

Wow, that really looks MacBook like, esp the iSight-like camera!

I think it's fugly! When will Dell learn how to make an attractive notebook computer?

My mistake it's the m1330 or the one below. And yes the m1210 is fugly.
