Then once the process is completed i hit restart and it just hangs at the black screen that says "Continuing and Mach Reboot" and sits there! So i manually restart then im getting disk boot failure. :thumbsup_anim: Im really bummerd out. Anyone know how i can continue with my installation?

Nvidia 7300gs which im using, and 8800gts 640mb

250gb ide PATA Drive on Master only 128gb recognized.

16x DVD burner on slave ide

It's because of your nForce Chipset.

Same problem on another thread and that was the problem.

And there is an edit button so you don't have to post 3 times.

:P Hah, okay sorry.

But I looked in the other thread you posted where I did as well and you said your nForce works up to 10.4.7, so maybe that's not the problem. But I have seen that 10.4.8 and up are having tons of problems on nForce chips :)

Yeah, I guess so. I'm running on an Intel, and it's pretty great. In fact, I think all I've ever run on is Intel chips.
