ROMAN1
Hi moderators, My real account is warped1. I forgot my password and the mail reset form does not reach me even when I use my email address which is an extendedtools.com address. I created this account pointed to yahoo.com mail and I received the new account email just fine. I'm a donator on the other account and want to reset that password. Can you help? ROMAN1
More info. Although I was able to create this roman1 account pointed to a yahoo mail account, I tried another to my extendedtools.com domain and the mail never came for that. Seems that your automated mails can't be sent to my extendedtools domain. Strange. I have no spam filters on the mail server so something is stopping before it gets to me. ROMAN1
bump... there is no moderators here that can reset or send me my password to the email address on record for user warped1? Even if you switch my accounts email to _robertm@yahoo.com I could then use the automated method. Please help!
Sabr
Hello warped1/roman1! Sorry that you did not get a response sooner than now - this forum is quite big, so sometimes things pass by without getting noticed. I will alert an admin and get them to change your warped1 account email address to _robertm[at]yahoo.com - Sabr.
