When it comes to torrent sites, I think I would recommend The Pirate Bay as a place to upload it. They have a history of dealing with Apple (e-mail, response) and the uploaded torrent wouldn't be connected to your username in the same way it would with ratio-based sites. People are freaking out, and apple is making sure that when it gets posted, it gets taken down. They want to protect this one. If you think about it, Microsoft should have acted like this a long time ago, back when their company was gaining steam. If Apple flexes its muscles then maybe they won't get walked all over in the coming years as they continue to grow their company. Its quite a good plan on their part.
