ChuckDSanders
You can see what system is in the sig below. I am pretty sure that I can play HD video back pretty well with a dual core non conroe running at 3.6ghz. Everything else is fine, however while playing back any MKV or any HD video it gets very choppy. I have also noticed that one core gets hit up at 100%, while the other chills at like 10% while playing back HD video. Any suggestions? I have installed perian and installed another Intel codec package from awhile ago. sarahbau
What player are you using? I have a slower processor and slower video card, and my CPU monitor uses a total of about 6 blocks while playing an HD mkv video in VLC. Also, which video drivers are you using?
