Hi,

I'm downloading tiger-x86.tar.bz2, and I'm experiencing unacceptable amounts of redownloading due to failed hash checks. One night I ended up downloading 7700 mbs of data, and it went up 3%! The file itself is only 1.2 GB in size!

I've tried multiple clients (Azureus, BitTornado, Burst!, ABC), and different torrents (piratesbay, torrentspy, some other site I forgot the name of). All with similar results - in some cases a 1 to 20 ratio of succesful hash checks to failed ones.

This download started Monday and it is Thursday night. I get decent speeds on the torrent too (anywhere from 10-50 kb/s).

Are there peers poisoning the torrent? I've downloaded other torrents without this problem, so I don't think it's a configuration thing.

What have your experiences been with downloading tiger-x86.tar.bz2?

If anyone could help, please seed this torrent:

EDIT: Sorry, no linking to torrents (slipped my mind).
