hecker
Unglue your "9" key Seriously though, your system probably just has a screwed bootloader. Try regenerating your MBR and reinstalling the darwin bootloader. (Please notice that this is for systems with only one HDD!) 1. Boot off OSX dvd disc in single user mode (press F8 and type -s) 2. At single user prompt fdisk -e /dev/rdisk0 flag 1 update write quit 4 reboot Post back (and this time include detailed HW specs) if fixing the MBR doesn't do the trick. Good luck, hecker Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/52023-boot-problem/#findComment-372039 Share on other sites
